A doll shade

Sometimes, I receive the most interesting shades to cover - like this one.  I wonder if anyone knows about these shades.  According to its owner, it is at least 60 years old.  The doll is made of porcelain.  She plan to give it to her granddaughter on her 21 birthday. 

We will recover it in the original colours, and I will post the pics soon.  So watch this space!
